Frank Cuesta in a visit to MONA Foundation
Frank Cuesta, in his work for the protection of animals, supports the project MONA Foundation defends. On this occasion, he presents us with a headset (SONY donation) signed by him that will be drawn by MONA with the aim of encouraging the participants to contribute to the welfare of the primates rescued by the center.
By participating in this raffle, you will not only have the opportunity to win the headphones signed by Frank Cuesta, but you will also be contributing to the well-being of the primates rescued by the Primate Recovery Center.
LEGAL BASES
Period of promotion
This promotional action will be active for users who register on our website between April 23 and June 3, 2017. The raffle will be held on June 4, 2017.
Participation
To participate it is necessary to register and make the payment of the participation (3 euros per participation *).
It will be necessary to fill in all the fields correctly in order to participate.
Fundación MONA reserves the right to refuse any registration of its own and without prior notice as it appears to be defective. More than 1 registration / participation per person will be allowed. Among all the users that register during the promotion period a headset signed by Frank Cuesta will be raffling on June 4, 2017. An “innocent hand” of the team will extract from the list of participants a winner (1) and three (3) substitutes. In case we can not contact the winner, he/she rejects the prize or he/she does not respond within a period of 15 days after notifying he/she is the winner, MONA will proceed to contact the first alternate.
*All proceeds from this raffle will be used for the maintenance of chimpanzees and macaques rescued by the Primate Recovery Center.
Communication to the winner
Within a maximum of one week after the raffle, the winner will be contacted via email. In case you he/she does not respond, the first alternate will be contacted.
Shipping / Pickup
The prize winner will be able to collect the prize at the Mona Foundation Primate Recovery Center (Cta. Cassà, s / n, 17457 Riudellots de la Selva).
The prize can be sent via post to the Peninsula.
Acceptance of the bases
The mere fact of participating in the draw means that the user fully accepts the conditions of these legal bases.
