Cancellation policy

• Course with limited places. The registration will be confirmed once the payment has been received.
• Once payment has been made, the student may cancel the reservation and request a refund up to 10 days before the start of the course; after this time, no refund can be requested (Fundació Mona reserves the right to deduct the return fees when making the refund).
• In case of cancellation of the course due to force majeure, Fundació Mona reserves the right to reschedule the course on other dates. In case the student cannot/does not want to take the course on the new date, Fundació Mona will proceed to refund the amount of the course.
• For classroom courses, in case of rain or inclement weather conditions that do not allow the course to be carried out, the course will be rescheduled for other dates. In case the student cannot/does not want to attend the course on the new date, Fundació Mona will refund the course fee.
• The prices and rates that will be applied in the contracting of the course will be those that appear on the website at the time the student makes the reservation.
